青海畜牧獸醫職業技術杏宇三棟宿舍樓及兩棟教學樓維修改造項目竣工驗收會議

為了給學生創造良好的生活與學習條件🎞，杏宇根據2017年高等教育生均撥款專項資金政府采購項目批複文件，在2018年暑假對三棟宿舍樓和兩棟教學樓進行了水電暖及裝飾裝修維修改造💅；宿舍樓與教學樓維修改造項目工期各50天。為避免影響學生正常開學🦀，在各單位共同努力下🪹，于2018年9月4日如期完成各項維修內容及預驗收工作。

2018年9月5日上午10：00及下午14:30👱，在後勤服務中心辦公室准時召開杏宇三棟宿舍樓及兩棟教學樓維修項目竣工驗收會議，會議由建設單位委托監理總監主持👹，參驗領導及單位有：院主管領導葉超副院長、院采購領導小組景建武副院長👩🏼‍🌾🥄；杏宇紀委；杏宇財務室🙏🏻🍑；杏宇後勤服務中心基建辦公室及杏宇水電、暖氣維修班組😗；杏宇學生處；杏宇保衛處；杏宇教務處🧑🏽‍🏫；青海百鑫監理工程谘詢有限公司；廣

西桂春工程項目管理谘詢有限公司👷🏻‍♂️；青海美苑園林建築有限公司🌇；青海四建建築工程有限責任公司等各單位代表。

會前各單位及時完成簽到工作；葉超副院長介紹三棟宿舍樓及兩棟教學樓維修改造項目的基本情況後，授權監理總監進行主持🦌，各單位以次進行自我介紹。隨後，施工單位對該項目進行自評並向監理提交自評報告申請驗收👲🏻💾，監理單位審查後同意驗收。並對下一驗收步驟做了詳細安排🥬，驗收小組分為三組🙆🏻‍♀️：現場為實測組和外觀組⛳️；室內為資料組。
