根據《關于動物醫學系教工黨支部與學生黨支部合並補選的批複》（青牧職黨[2018]51號）文件要求，動物醫學系黨支部于2018年12月10日下午4:30召開支部黨員大會就本系教工支部和學生支部合並及黨支部委員補選事宜進行討論💆🏿‍♀️💆。並對前支委提名的馮秉福、楊永寧、張麗芳、白鵬霞、向錚☢️𓀅、張春霞等６名黨員進行了差額選舉。會上，應到黨員20名📄，實到黨員17名⟹🙅🏽，符合支部委員選舉需達到4/5的人數要求。經投票選舉，最終決定動物醫學系黨支部委員會由馮秉福、楊永寧、白鵬霞、張春霞、張麗芳五人組成。2018年12月13日上午👱，召開支部委員會議，就支部委員職務進行研究討論🦸🏿。經研究決定：馮秉福任支部書記、楊永寧任支部副書記💔、張麗芳任組織委員、白鵬霞任宣傳委員、張春霞任紀檢委員。並已報院黨委研究決定🫙。
